1、介紹傳動部位的間隙不能過大，一般控制在0.2～0.5mm左右，齒輪與齒條吻合時齒底的間隙為2.0mm。嚙合間隙過大或齒輪齒條磨損嚴(yán)重都是很危險的，嚙合深度不夠、磨損嚴(yán)重或軸向錯位過大，都會使嚙合面積減小而造成齒輪齒條強(qiáng)度降低，發(fā)生斷齒事故。齒輪齒條只掛住齒尖，嚙合面?zhèn)€別連1/3都達(dá)不到或新舊齒條不均勻，有異響或震動，這是非常危險的。
